HMK TextOnPhoto — an app by HMK DEV
This page explains what the app holds, how to have it deleted, and how long anything that is kept is kept for.
Email hmkdevjp@hotmail.com with HMK TextOnPhoto – delete my data in the subject line. I will reply, tell you exactly what is held, and delete anything that can be identified as yours.
Most of what the app holds you can clear yourself, immediately, without waiting for a reply:

There is no account. The app has no sign-in, asks for no name, email or phone number, and attaches none to anything it sends. That is deliberate — but it also means the records listed above cannot be traced back to a particular person, including by me. The steps above are the way to clear them, and the advertising ID controls in your phone's settings are the only control that exists over the last row.
